Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to get your items picked and packed as quickly as possible and on their way to you. Our team work hard to get orders placed before 2pm ready for same day dispatch, after 2pm you'll receive your shipping confirmation the next working day.

Where is my order?
To trace your order, use your tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. All notification emails are sent to the email provided when completing your purchase.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the parcel to be delivered. The tracking will provide the estimated delivery date and/or if further information is required.
When can I expect my package to be delivered?
Normal delivery time is within 5 working days from when ColourWear UK confirms your order has been fulfilled via the shipping e-mail. You can read our shipping policy here.
How do I return a product?
To create a return, just log in to your account (the little person icon at the top of the page, or in the mobile menu) and make the return request, follow the instructions provided.
We are only able to accept returns for items purchased on colourwear.co.uk
Please ensure that you pack the items in their original packaging and affix the free shipping label provided. We'll carefully inspect the items and refund your the payment method used within 10 business days (Please allow longer during busier periods such as sale or holidays).
To enable a possible return, you will need your proof of purchase. ColourWear UK recommends that you save the order confirmation and payment reference as a receipt for your purchase.
ColourWear UK also recommends keeping your proof of return shipping until your request has been processed.

Payment & Refunds
How long does it take to get refunded after my return?
Once we have received and approved your return a refund will be processed to the original payment method. We aim to process returns within 10 business days of receiving your return. Depending on the payment method this can take a few days for the refund to show.
What is your return policy?
You have right to change your purchase for 30 days. The item/s and its packaging needs to be intact and unworn in order to be approved.
As a consumer, you always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts and Off-premises Contracts Act (2005:59). In order for you to feel completely safe with your purchase, ColourWear UK instead offers a full thirty (30) day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
