Our change of mind policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights. ColourWear UK has a strict Customer Return Policy and Procedure to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally.
- Items purchased online must be returned via the online return portal HERE.
- Items purchased from a ColourWear UK authorised partner, must be returned to the store of purchase.
Christmas Returns Policy
Shop with confidence this season with our extended Christmas returns policy. In addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered online at between Friday 1st November 2024 and Wednesday 25th December 2024 can be returned up until (and including) Sunday 5th January 2025 or the usual 30 days depending on which is longer.
Please ensure that any unwanted gifts are unused, in their original packaging and still have all tags attached - as per our standard returns policy.
We will allow a change of mind return for refund or exchange, provided that the item in question is:
- An item purchased at colourwear.co.uk
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- In original purchased condition with tags attached
- In original & undamaged packaging
- Has not been worn or washed
- Not damaged in any way
EXCHANGES
If you wish to change your item for another size, please contact our team on hello@colourwear.co.uk and complete the request on the returns portal. After submitting your exchange via the return portal, please follow the guidelines to ensure your item is returned within 30 days.
Your selected exchange item will not be reserved until your return parcel has been processed. Should you delay posting your items back to us for any length of time, we cannot guarantee that the item you have selected will still be available.
Online orders can not be exchanged in retail stores. If you did not make your ColourWear UK purchase from colourwear.co.uk, please return your product to the retailer you originally purchased with.
Exchanges and refunds for store credit are free. For refunds back to the original payment method, we deduct a £3 restocking fee.
REFUNDS
We are happy to offer a full refund on all items, for up to 30 days from purchase provided the items meet the above requirements.
Once we have received your return, we will assess your item/s to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days (Please allow for longer during busier periods such as sale and holidays). Refunds will be credited back via the original payment method.
Item/s that were bought during a discount promotion will be refunded for the amount paid for the item i.e. the listed price for that item at time of order less the discount applied.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE BE REFUNDED?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return at Colourwear UK. Once one of our specialists have confirmed it complies with our returns policy, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, the funds will appear in the original account used to make the purchase within 10 business days. (Allow for longer during busy periods such as sale and holidays).
